Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to your Google data, the App's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

• Limited Use: The App will only use access to read Google user data to provide the user-facing features of displaying your calendar events within your dashboard.
• No Transfer to Third Parties: The App will not transfer this Google data to another party unless necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• No Advertising: The App will not use this Google data for serving advertisements.
• Human Access Restrictions: The App will not allow humans to read this data unless:
  • We have your affirmative agreement for specific data points.
  • It is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating a security breach).
  • It is necessary to comply with applicable law.
  • It involves the aggregation and anonymization of data for internal operations.

DigiZman's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
